EDIN AT TOP POSITION FROM QUALIFICATION TO FINAL
Swedish male skiers had a really lucky day for the Tour de Ski China 2010-2011 Stage 2, which was held today in XiWuQi. In morning qualification, Johan Edin was faster than Finish Kusti Kittilae and 2006 Olympic Champion Bjorn Lind at the top. But for his quarter final, Edin had at really tough finish with Hoegberg, SWE on

EDIN AT TOP POSITION FROM QUALIFICATION TO FINAL
Swedish male skiers had a really lucky day for the Tour de Ski China 2010-2011 Stage 2, which was held today in XiWuQi. In morning qualification, Johan Edin was faster than Finish Kusti Kittilae and 2006 Olympic Champion Bjorn Lind at the top. But for his quarter final, Edin had at really tough finish with Hoegberg, SWE on

second and Xu Wenlong on third. In the final ,Edin, Swedish brothers Adam and Emil Johansson and Finnish Kusti Kittiliae really had a intense and exciting battle but at finish Edin still hold the first place, with Emil Johansson on 2nd and Adam Johansson on 3rd.

Swedish Anders Hoegberg, the no. 5 of the total stage has ranked 1st of B – final. Antti Haekaemeis, FIN and Sun Quinghai, CHN was in 6th and 7th in total stage. But the Olympic Champion, Bjorn Linde, SWE is languishing in 8th place.

CHINESE MAN DANDAN — THE 1st OF FEMALE GROUP
Chinese female Man Dandan was strong all through today’s competition and qualified as no. 2 in the morning qualification, beaten by Norwegian World Cup skier Mari Eide. In the final Eide had the lead in first lap but taken over by Man Dandan till the end! Finally, Eide run in to second place before Li Hongxue and Li Qing, both from China.

Two Chinese women were strongest in the B – final, with E Yingcui and Song Xinxue ahead of Finnish ladies Mirva Rintala and Silja Tarvonen.

The group with 40 athletes, team leaders and event organizers will tomorrow, very early, start the journey towards Beijing. It will take around 2.5h by bus first and 1 – hour flight after. Stage 3 of China Tour de Ski 2010-2011 will in late afternoon and evening be held in the famous National Stadium, Bird’s Nest!
